What:    An hour of FUN Yoga followed by a delicious dinner prepared by Handlebar Cafe

Why:      Support the Africa Yoga Project Educates, Empowers, Elevates and Expands Employability with youth in Africa using the transformational practice of yoga. The AYP vision is to create opportunities for youth to step into their greatness and become self-sustaining leaders in their communities.  AYP provides yoga classes, teacher training, and a means for youth in Africa to transform their lives through yoga.  AYP runs free community yoga classes, trains youth to teach yoga and build livelihoods in the wellness industry, and inspires thousands of people in Africa to embrace Yoga as a positive force in their lives and society.

Yoga for Cyclists

CLASSES to RESUME Spring 2019!


Yoga for Cycling class – not just for cyclists!

Suitable for all levels, each session covers limbering up, strengthening core muscles and stretching / flexibility through vinyasa yoga ‘flows’ specially designed for cyclists, runners, swimmers, triathletes and other athletes!

The class is suitable for all levels including beginners with a reasonable level of ‘fitness’ – and a sense of adventure!  The classes will incorporate limbering up routines, moves for stretching and opening tired muscles, as well as some routines for those non-cycling days designed to build strength, stability and focus!
