Yoga means union – of the body, the mind, and the spirit.  Originating over 5,000 years ago, yoga has developed into one of the most popular form of physical exercise in the world.  However, yoga is much more than the ‘asanas’, or physical poses – yoga can help you de-stress, relax, and focus.  For millions of people, yoga is a way of life.

About Jo

Jo is a qualified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Registered School – RYS 200).  She has over thirty years’ experience practicing Yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Astanga Yoga and teaching in the UK and internationally.

Jo teaches classes for people with different interests and mixed abilities – from athletes to office workers.


She is available for private and stand-in classes within cycling distance of Oxford.

Jo also teaches yoga on cycling and hiking tours and has led classes in Ethiopia, Tibet, Kenya, Peru and Madagascar.
