Blue Lemur Yoga was founded by Jo – and inspired by the wonderful Malagasy Lemurs, in particular the Ring-Tailed Lemurs (Lemur catta) who start their day in lotus position!

Jo has been practising yoga since 1980, and started teaching in 2002.  Her classes are based on vinyasa yoga – creative ‘flowing’ sequences designed to build flexibility, fitness and focus.  Classes are designed for people looking to start and improve their yoga practice.
