Private Classes

Start or improve your yoga practice, build confidence and take time out from your busy life.  Private classes right in your home can be one-on-one or with a small group of friends.

  • Beginners Yoga – learn the basic poses of yoga in the comfort of your home and gain confidence to join a group class
  • Return to Yoga – for anyone who’s taken a bit of time off from yoga … and would like to revitalise their practice with a few quiet personalised classes
  • Yoga for sports – cyclists, runners, skiiers, swimmers, paddlers, hikers, climbers – whatever your sport you’re fit, you’re motivated but maybe you’re a little stiff, are getting injured, need to complement your athletic passions
  • Yoga for fit fifty + (or sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety). As we get older, we appreciate more time … to warm up, to move, to stay and focus, to recover. Whether you’ve always been active and want to add yoga as a life-long way of staying fit and focused, help you get over or recover from an injury, or simply introduce a new way of warming up and lubricating joints, strengthening muscles and bones, and find time and space to BE, you’re never too old to do yoga!  Yoga styles include chair yoga, hatha yoga and yoga flows.
  • Yoga for fun – why not try a yoga class with friends or family?  Book for a private group class … as part of a party, a dinner party, a coffee morning, a team meeting, a group workshop or your work away day or retreat!

Class prices:

  • Online classes – £ 50 / hour
  • 1 – 2 person private class in your home:  £ 60 per hour
  • 3 – 4 persons in your home:  £ 25 / hour / person
  • 5 or more – please call to discuss your particular needs!

All prices are for home classes within the Oxford area.  Classes in post-code OX4 receive a £ 5 reduction
